Haven't received a response to my request. No problem with the streaming.
Just moved to a place that requires us to have Spectrum internet and cable TV. No longer able to stream.

Its not possible to give them a negative rating even a 1 would be too high.
Nothing happened! No help at all just a useless recording and hung up on.
Pay for a service I can't use. All they have are old shows I've already seen claim to be adding new seasons but arent here to watch.

To cancel the money your taking off my credit card
You have been taking money monthly from my credit card. For some time I'm on Sky TV, and I get Discovery Plus free.
I don't want it on anything else. Will you please remove the charge?

I canceled this as of September 23,2025 and you still took $9.99 this month October 10, 2025 I want my money refunded I canceled because I couldn’t afford it so I’m in need of you refund me please!
I just need to be refunded my account because this was canceled on 9-23-25. I just cant afford this at this time.

Hi there, my initial contact was not a complaint so I have no idea what pissed customer means.
However, I wanted to point out that I seem to have and be paying for two accounts and would appreciate help in resolving this.

I’m having problem with my service and can’t get no help. This makes three times that I’ve tried to call customer service and get some help.
Having problems with your TV service. It does a lot of glitching at my home service, and when I try to stream from my iPhone at another location, it will play for four or five minutes, and then it stops playing, and I have to get up and start it again.
Preferred solution: Would like to get customer service to help me with my glitching issues and streaming issues. I only have problems with Paramount+ and no other provider.

Expedition Unknown is a short season and I can get it on a different streaming channel I have.
I will cancel Discovery+ if you don't bring BARGAIN BLOCK BACK !!!
I would like to cancel my subscription in finding it very, very, very hard to do so
For the fifth time I would like to cancel my subscription and I am finding it very hard to do so. I have attempted this many times and cannot complete the process because of this website.

SupporterResolved: Can’t access content
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They advised me to contact Apple for a refund, which I did and they have refunded me in full.
To fix the issue, they do not have sufficient customer service representatives working over the weekend so one needs to wait until a working day unfortunately. I have complained to them about this.
I've just upgraded to Premium to watch the French Open, and it has registered as that on my app. However, on your website, it says I have only a Basic subscription.
When I try to watch the content, it tells me to upgrade my subscription, then tells me I already have that subscription! What is going on?
I really want to watch it today. This happens on my smart TV as well as my iPad.

My Complaint was Fixed The NEXT Day NO Problem.
I've never had a problem with Discovery Plus before until I had to update my payment method plan. When I signed into my bank app, I noticed it showed Discovery Plus twice.
I know it's normal to verify the new debit Visa card I'm using, but it's been there for several days now. Please shut it off.
My next payment is not due until June 3rd, 2025. I've also noticed in the past that when you get your payment, it's actually showing twice.
