Cancel my subscription

This is ridiculous I have been trying to get ahold of someone about this matter and have been unsuccessful! Please cancel this subscription ASAP! You are charging me $8.99 a month on my Verizon bill. I cant not cancel from the website because I forgot my password and it isnt letting me change the password!

Can’t get help

Replaced a credit card and changed my email address. Tried testing a chat agent and tried calling customer service. You get California and then they hang up on you. It seems like Discovery+ has gotten so big they no longer provide customer services.

My account says inactive but won't let me upgrade and pay

Very unsatisfied can't resolve anything for the customer you guys need to have a number to call a actual person who can actually do something for you cause it is so ridiculous that you guys can do nothing to help someone change there account very unprofessional way to run a multi million dollar company no common sense at all
