Expedition Unknown is a short season and I can get it on a different streaming channel I have.
I will cancel Discovery+ if you don't bring BARGAIN BLOCK BACK !!!
I would like to cancel my subscription in finding it very, very, very hard to do so
For the fifth time I would like to cancel my subscription and I am finding it very hard to do so. I have attempted this many times and cannot complete the process because of this website.

SupporterResolved: Can’t access content
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They advised me to contact Apple for a refund, which I did and they have refunded me in full.
To fix the issue, they do not have sufficient customer service representatives working over the weekend so one needs to wait until a working day unfortunately. I have complained to them about this.
I've just upgraded to Premium to watch the French Open, and it has registered as that on my app. However, on your website, it says I have only a Basic subscription.
When I try to watch the content, it tells me to upgrade my subscription, then tells me I already have that subscription! What is going on?
I really want to watch it today. This happens on my smart TV as well as my iPad.

My Complaint was Fixed The NEXT Day NO Problem.
I've never had a problem with Discovery Plus before until I had to update my payment method plan. When I signed into my bank app, I noticed it showed Discovery Plus twice.
I know it's normal to verify the new debit Visa card I'm using, but it's been there for several days now. Please shut it off.
My next payment is not due until June 3rd, 2025. I've also noticed in the past that when you get your payment, it's actually showing twice.

I wanted to talk to a Human to quickly resolve the problem.Instead I got a recording. This should be easy to fix.
I spoke to my bank that provided credit card and told them the Discovery Plus Charge was Correct and should not have been declined.
Bank told me to call you and Bill me Again for $9.99 and Continue Subscription.
Please help me get this done quickly. Have been trying to do this all morning without success.

App hasn't worked in a week. I asked for help.
They repeatedly said the same thing over and over. I reset. I uninstalled everything. Still, there is an issue with Discovery Plus, but yet all my other apps worked fine.
I asked for a refund four times and was ignored. Again, they repeated the same thing: unplug, restart. No one listens to fix the issue. Just enough to respond.
However, I was ignored multiple times when I asked for a refund or credit for a service I did not receive in full. Just a simple fix to the issue would keep customers.

You can never contact a real person and you can never receive any customer service. Discovery Plus customer service is the worst ever. If theyre paying someone to manage this system, that person needs fired immediately.
