I've been trying to cancel for over a year now, but you keep taking money out of my account. I want to cancel this subscription and get my money back.

Why have I been paying for discovery without ever using it.? I thought it was a Roku charge. Can I get a refund for the four years non use.

I need to cancel any of all accounts I have with yall right now. Im not gonna pay to get to speak to a technician.
I cannot get this thing to login is telling me I have the wrong password or wrong email. I have reset it I just put my credit card in and its telling me it doesnt work. This needs to be canceled.
I will let my bank know to not pay this. I need this canceled now cause somebody cant call me and I cant talk to you in Human.

I have been dealing with this since yesterday. I just canceled my subscription this month.
I want to reactivate but can't as I have said. If this can't be resolved today, I will just give up on Discovery Plus.

NOBODY CAN HELP ME!! I cant find a phone number for this place.
it is saying that I have to have new boxes sent to me and I have to send the old boxes back to Discovery+ in order for it to work. I dont have any old boxes to send back.
I never got boxes to begin with so I have been paying for over eight months, not being able to watch your channel. I did not realize I was being charged.it as being charged

I am trying to oay for my subscription. My card was comprised and I wish to update it!
Was told I was active through Google Play and that is a lie. I pulled my 2 year history and you are not on it!
I activated though you directly I believe and your site will not let me update the card. If you don't want my business just say so for God's sake!

The phone requires a password with ar capital letter Sony bravia TV won't type a capital letter
