Ripped me off, no customer service phone, takes over a week to answer a complaint/issue. Charged my credit card multiple times.

Verified Reviewer |Billed twice but never could use or it into discovery
Tried 6th time I've tried to resolve issues with Discover+.
Billed 3 times for Discovery+ but never resolved. First time billed twice, one from paypal and one from my credit card.
Contacted Discovery+, they said they would cancel the paypal and would use the credit card to pay for it. Never happened and lost $10 plus. This was March, received a bill from my credit card bill for $10.74 on 7 April and contacted Discovery+ today. I have a long PDF of the conversations and no resolution.
The PDF shows the "intelligent chat" which includes two transfers to person to"help me". No one came to the chat.
That's why I'm here " I'm pissed. Hopefully you can help out.

I paid for a subscription. You took out payment, but it won't let me sign in.
How is that when I paid you already? So not right. So return my money or start my subscription. All your contact stuff—chat—you don't get a live agent once they transfer you.
Since you didn't start it, please return my money. It's *** I can't get through to anyone.

The discovery streaming app was updated recently, requiring sign-on every time you switch devices. This is extremely frustrating.
Customer service is only available by chat or email. There is no phone number to call to speak to a live agent.
Love the content available. Despise the customer service!

I never spoke with anyone, it was all done by chat. Very frustrating and not completed.
My spouse passed away, I have no resolution that the account is now in my name, I can watch Discover so I guess I am happy. Somewhere down the line this will be a problem .

As of April 23, 2025 I am cancelling my account with Discovery + as there was no one I could talk to get help.
