Resolved: Can’t access content
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They advised me to contact Apple for a refund, which I did and they have refunded me in full.
To fix the issue, they do not have sufficient customer service representatives working over the weekend so one needs to wait until a working day unfortunately. I have complained to them about this.
I've just upgraded to Premium to watch the French Open, and it has registered as that on my app. However, on your website, it says I have only a Basic subscription.
When I try to watch the content, it tells me to upgrade my subscription, then tells me I already have that subscription! What is going on?
I really want to watch it today. This happens on my smart TV as well as my iPad.

My Complaint was Fixed The NEXT Day NO Problem.
I've never had a problem with Discovery Plus before until I had to update my payment method plan. When I signed into my bank app, I noticed it showed Discovery Plus twice.
I know it's normal to verify the new debit Visa card I'm using, but it's been there for several days now. Please shut it off.
My next payment is not due until June 3rd, 2025. I've also noticed in the past that when you get your payment, it's actually showing twice.

You can never contact a real person and you can never receive any customer service. Discovery Plus customer service is the worst ever. If theyre paying someone to manage this system, that person needs fired immediately.

When I called Discovery Plus and the way they Handled my call I WAS then Connected to Leave A Message with my Personal info and then my Complaint
The next Day it was Fixed very easy to Do... ... I've Been With Discovery Plus For About Five Years or So NEVER Had A Problem With Them Until Now Which WAS Resolved The NEXT Day

No phone number speak to somebody. A meady is old and I do not text. How problems am by programming? They tell me, I don't have a subscription yet. They take my money
When I go on Play Store to check my subscription they say don't have one yet. You take my money.
Yet I can't call anybody well. Complain horrible service. I would never recommend discovery plus to anybody stevedrangel2335@***.com. I have a plus 3 see box and it does not give me the proper Discovery+ and told me to go Google Play, they tell me to sign up.

Verified Reviewer |Billed twice but never could use or it into discovery
Tried 6th time I've tried to resolve issues with Discover+.
Billed 3 times for Discovery+ but never resolved. First time billed twice, one from paypal and one from my credit card.
Contacted Discovery+, they said they would cancel the paypal and would use the credit card to pay for it. Never happened and lost $10 plus. This was March, received a bill from my credit card bill for $10.74 on 7 April and contacted Discovery+ today. I have a long PDF of the conversations and no resolution.
The PDF shows the "intelligent chat" which includes two transfers to person to"help me". No one came to the chat.
That's why I'm here " I'm pissed. Hopefully you can help out.
