They hung up. A recording and then hung up.

I tried updating my payment method, but there was no Discovery icon at the top right like the chat bot said.

I updated Google Play and still am unable to access Discovery, so I'm ready to be permanently done with them. They apparently don't want my membership at all.

Nothing was resolved. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

This is horrible service; you guys are supposed to be ashamed of yourselves. Stay away from customer service.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. We got a full refund as well. Be very mindful go somewhere else.

I have tried to cancel but couldn't find it on Google Play, so I tried their customer service chat. What a bunch of *** no help at all.

I've been trying for 2 days. Finally, my credit card company is going to dispute it. I am on income assistance and can't afford this.

Don't ask for Discovery Plus.

Tried to call them; the answering machine won't work.

I can’t seem to get in touch with discovery+. I even emailed them. They’re not giving me my full episodes of your worst nightmare and obsession. LOL just dumbbells. Because she wasn’t moving.

I like discovery+ very much. I just wish they would answer their phones.

My problem is I bought two discovery+ apps. I love to watch shows like your worst nightmare and obsession and Im not getting the full series of each one and getting five or six I should be getting at least 20 or 20 on each your worst nightmare and obsession
