Verified ReviewerNo problem using it love all the shows/zero answers to my questions, zero help, zero customer service. The supposed "help" page is useless. It does not help at all.

What company that takes customers' money doesn't have a customer service department where you can either call or use a chatbot to reach a representative? Oh yeah, Discovery Plus and Warner Brothers.
Shame on you. You should be ashamed of yourselves. The help section is no help at all. You look up what you need an answer to, and there are no answers.
Companies that have customer service show that they care about their customers who fill their pockets. I certainly would have thought that Discovery Plus, under the umbrella of Warner Brothers, would have that. What an awful way to run your business. You have customers that need help and need answers.
I do hope that this is being sent to them because they need to hear it. They suck.

Preferred solution: Answer to customers questions and issues. The message Discovery+ and Warner Brothers send to the public says they don't care about or appreciate their customers. They just want to fill their pockets with our hard-earned money.
User's recommendation: Absolutely not. Not only what I not recommend them, I would word them off and tell them not to bother. And then I can let them know about everybody else's problems and have them come to this site to see for themselves.

I tried to subscribe to Discovery Plus, couldn't get it to work on my TV. Then, once I tried to cancel it, you ripped me off, charging me 23 dollars to cancel it.
I want my money back, and I will never again. Don't bother; they rip you off.

- Wife gets kicked off channels; not the internet; phone streams Hulu/Netflix fine.
Never got to talk to anybody.I talked to him through the internet but never gets anything solved i've talked to him at least 45 times over the internet and nothing has happened.They tell me to do the same thing over and over and over again does not work.So I don't know what else to do.My wife likes watching certain channels on there.But gets kicked off all the time.It's not our internet service.I can watch it on my phone with no problem.Watch hulu netflix, no problem, they're the only ones

Resolved: Update payment. No icon or ability in Discovery Plus app.

- I updated payment and Google Play, but can't access Discovery.
- They don't seem to want my membership.
They hung up. A recording and then hung up.
I tried updating my payment method, but there was no Discovery icon at the top right like the chat bot said.
I updated Google Play and still am unable to access Discovery, so I'm ready to be permanently done with them. They apparently don't want my membership at all.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. We got a full refund as well. Be very mindful go somewhere else.
