Someone needs to call me back ASAP about this. This is not working you make it ridiculously impossible to get in touch with a customer service representative is complete b*****.

You need to call us back immediately. It's extremely frustrating to try to get in touch with the customer service represented the way you have this set up.

Actually figured it out myself after many hours of trying. They did respond which was good but I never did actually speak to a representative.

Waiting to see if I have canceled Discovery Plus. Wont know for sure until the credit card statement comes.

I never spoke with anyone, it was all done by chat. Very frustrating and not completed.

My spouse passed away, I have no resolution that the account is now in my name, I can watch Discover so I guess I am happy. Somewhere down the line this will be a problem .

I tried several time to sign in to Discovery Plus and was unable to do so even though I followed the instructions. I tried calling more than one number but I got no answer nor was I able to talk to a live person. I’m still not able to sign and if this does not get resolve soon I will cancel the service.

I never got a person to talk to. I kept on googling phone numbers for "customer service!" One time, I even got the "Discover credit card!" ALL I wanted was to be able to use my Discovery App.on my TV. I just kept getting the "chat line" for help, and I needed a live agent! But never got one! When your a senior citizen, you shouldn't have to "live on the edge" everytime you turn on your TV! If you have a problem, you should be able to contact a person so they can walk you thru ot and resolve it! Not having to spend hours looking up phone numbers that lead to robots! I guarantee if it happens again, I'll be "streaming elsewhere!!!!"
