I was billed for a month that I did not want and when I went to find the contact us info to ask for a refund to my debit card there appears to be a ghosting of customer service. I can't find a representative to talk to that is affiliated with that actual channel.

And when I did find a 1800 number it's for California residents only. This is bogus and the streaming channel constantly lags and freezes us and I don't have that problem with any of the other streaming service. So not only does discovery plus have poor quality of bandiwidth that their shows are running on but there is no one to call and voice concerns to. you get redirected to pissed consumers or something and then when you chat with the online person they want to charge you a dollar to join some stupid *** to talk to a lawyer!

FOR WHAT? I Just want a refund of my little $5.

i cancelled and I guess that's a five dollar loss. I don't recommend using this service because it's just not good..

Monetary Loss: $5.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I have the same problem with discovery plus. No one to call to complain and I couldn't get the Disgusted plus. I lost 6.99 and will tell everyone that asks about the system just how sorry they are.
