Verified Reviewer |The reason I cancel my service could not talk to a person when I need to help to hook my TV up to your account so I can watch my show on big screen TV
I have contacted your service four times, each time it took me 35 minutes to get no help. I requested a phone number to talk to a live person, but it did not work.
For at least two to three years, I have paid for Discovery Plus. I love watching your service, but I can't handle the craziness. I might pick it up again later, but not right now.
I hope I answered your questions. I'm 62 years old and I like talking to people; they help me through this process.

I received a message stating that my TV is not connected to the internet. However, since all my other streaming services are functioning properly, that message seems to be in error.

Someone needs to call me back ASAP about this. This is not working you make it ridiculously impossible to get in touch with a customer service representative is complete b*****.
You need to call us back immediately. It's extremely frustrating to try to get in touch with the customer service represented the way you have this set up.

Your sign in grid is archaic and impossible (will proivide you with 4 names if you like...myself, a physician assistant, my partner, a surgeon. The man two doors down who works for Cablevision and most importantly, my23 yr old nephew who can *** into Trump's bank account if he puts his mind to it!!
Plus, i have a blind 14 yr old dog and when we go out, we leave the TV on as he becomes anxious when there is no sound. Yet, your company sometimes feels the right to put on the blue ad telling me to update AND deprives me of keeping my TV show on!! Am i living in Moscow??? Who the *** gives you the right to take away my tv picture when i am all paid up??? Did i mention. we also have a lawyer who is fascinated by this who lives on the floor below our condo?? I would have NO problem updating if the grid were understandable and include Arameic letters. Please call...I am hoping you can help me ":update (BTW, there is NOTHING to update!) and explain your "procedures" to me in a way that makes sense.
If i do not hear from you within 2 business days, here is my plan 1. FLOOD social media with your methods 2. Contact the Better Business Bureau. 3. Contact the Attorney General's office in NY and 4. Email and let every human being i know (include posting it in my hospital...the 2nd largest hospital in NYC). And, it goes without saying, cancel my subscription and encourage my friends to do the same!!
I hope you understand this New Yorker isnt playing...your company is NOT customer friendly (also as proved by the fact that you do not give your customers the privledge of even talking to you on the phone!!!

Im a new customer and I went to sign in on my TV downstairs and it wont accept my sign in. I have other streaming apps on there, but I couldnt get it to take my Discovery+ sign in.

I tried several time to sign in to Discovery Plus and was unable to do so even though I followed the instructions. I tried calling more than one number but I got no answer nor was I able to talk to a live person. I’m still not able to sign and if this does not get resolve soon I will cancel the service.
Have a human customer service representative to talk to instead of a machine. It should not be this difficult to access my Discovery Plus account.

Actually figured it out myself after many hours of trying. They did respond which was good but I never did actually speak to a representative.
Waiting to see if I have canceled Discovery Plus. Wont know for sure until the credit card statement comes.

I have been trying for three days to turn on my Discovery Plus. This is ridiculous.

Preferred solution: I want my Discovery plus back. I had to cancel it in December. Now I want it back but it won’t let me.
Pissed
App keeps cutting on and off to where we can't even watch TV. It keeps us completely out of the app.
It has been doing this since we bought the app from the app store. It is completely ridiculous to where we can't watch a movie or channel at all. I want this resolved immediately.
At least give us our money back. We would prefer to watch the channel as we love the shows that you put on here so if you could fix this we would greatly appreciate this thank you.

I want to know if I can use it on a second TV with the same subscription.
