Awful service. Automated only.
- - Spoke with Sky tech about Discovery+ access; automated service.
- - Sky Signature; Discovery+ should be included, but keeps requesting subscription.
Been speaking to sky technical for over 30 min. Problem with accessing discovery+ I am Sky signature customer, should be inc my packagr, keeps requesting subscription.
Email checked, password checked, all correct. Please help.

Haven't received a response to my request. No problem with the streaming.
Just moved to a place that requires us to have Spectrum internet and cable TV. No longer able to stream.

Its not possible to give them a negative rating even a 1 would be too high.
Nothing happened! No help at all just a useless recording and hung up on.
Pay for a service I can't use. All they have are old shows I've already seen claim to be adding new seasons but arent here to watch.

To cancel the money your taking off my credit card
You have been taking money monthly from my credit card. For some time I'm on Sky TV, and I get Discovery Plus free.
I don't want it on anything else. Will you please remove the charge?
